By purchasing or engaging with our social media management services, you agree to the terms below. These terms are designed to protect both you (the Client) and our business; BUK-CREATIONS (the "Company"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your order.
1. Service Scope
1.1. Services may include but are not limited to: content calendar development, post design (static or video), caption copywriting, content scheduling, profile optimization, and short-form video production (Reels).
1.2. The number of deliverables per week or month is clearly outlined in your chosen package. Any additional requests outside of your package will incur extra charges.
1.3. Clients are required to submit any necessary brand assets (e.g. logos, photos, brand colors, etc.) within the timeframe specified by the Company. Failure to do so may delay the service delivery but will not result in a refund or adjustment in fees.
2. Payments and Refunds
2.1. All sales are final. There are no refunds under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction with the final output or failure to provide the necessary content/materials.
2.2. Payment must be made in full before services begin. Monthly retainers or recurring plans will be automatically billed unless canceled in writing 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
2.3. In the event of late or missed payments, service will be paused until payment is resolved.
3. Results Disclaimer
3.1. The Company makes no guarantees about growth, engagement, reach, or revenue as a result of our services.
3.2. Social media performance depends on numerous external factors including but not limited to platform algorithm changes, audience behavior, timing, and client-provided assets.
3.3. The Company provides services based on best practices and up-to-date knowledge, but results are not guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients are expected to:
Respond to communication in a timely manner.
Provide feedback within the agreed timeframe.
Approve content calendars prior to publishing cycles.
4.2. If content is not approved on time, the calendar will be published as initially proposed.
4.3. The Company reserves time each week per client. Missed deadlines or lack of communication will not roll over into future weeks.
5. Intellectual Property and Use
5.1. All content created under a paid package is owned by the Client once delivered.
5.2. The Company retains the right to display work as part of its portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
5.3. Clients may not resell or redistribute content to third parties without permission.
6. Cancellations and Terminations
6.1. Monthly service plans require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
6.2. No partial refunds will be issued for services already rendered or started.
6.3. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, all completed work up to the date of termination will be delivered and no additional revisions will be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company is not liable for losses, damages, or business interruptions arising from the use or misuse of social media content or platforms.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for content takedowns, copyright strikes, or platform-specific issues including but not limited to account suspensions or bans.
8. Amendments and Revisions
8.1. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website or sent via email.
